Since its establishment in 2016, the "Air Conditioning Metropolitan Area Division BIM Room" of Mitani Sangyo has been engaged in full BIM, utilizing BIM in all aspects of structure, design, and equipment. Around the same time, we also took the lead in utilizing 3D scanners for point cloud measurement, creating 3D BIM models using point clouds, and producing simulation videos for transportation and installation. This has allowed us to visualize construction plans, making it easier to share construction details with workers on site, enabling safer construction than ever before. In 2019, we also began contract work for external clients, expanding the scope of our operations.
